Why I work project-based
I'm still in the field every day as a QA professional — which means what I bring to your project isn't theory or memory, it's what's actually working right now. When I advise on a framework, a process, or a tool, I'm drawing from something I'm living, not something I used to do.
I take on external projects selectively. Not because my availability is limited, but because I care about the outcome. I'd rather do fewer things well than spread myself across projects where I can't make a real difference.
Every engagement is designed to leave your team stronger. I don't want you to need me forever — I want you to not need me at all, eventually.
